The following people were nominated in their respective department for the Negotiation Committee at the May 9th Union Meeting. Election of the Negotiation Committee will be at the June 13th Regular Union Meeting, We will open the polls around 1pm and they will stay open til 5 pm.

At the Regular Union Meeting on May 9, 2009, former Recording Secretary Judy McDuffie was presented a plaque by President Randy W. Fulk in appreciation for her dedication and hard work as Recording Secretary for the past four years. I speak for the entire Union when we say Thank You Judy!

There are a couple of new pages on the website that I am working the kinks out of. Should have it worked out soon. Shop Stewards, please send an email to BCTGM317T@live.com with a brief message on what you thought of shop steward school.

Union Meeting is Saturday at 430pm at the Union Hall on JJ Drive. Lots of things going on. Nominations for Neg. Committee and the Nominations and elections for AFL-CIO Labor School will take place.

Trustees need to be there at 330pm for a trustee meeting before the Union Meeting.

I would like to personally thank President Randy W. Fulk and Vice President Barry Jenkins for such a well organized school this year. Both did outstanding jobs and President Fulk spoke on things that everyone needs to hear in our Union. Thanks again Randy and Barry.
